A blatant cheap shot by Wesley who hit Smith a full second before the ball got there.

You never like to see dirty hits like that and Wesley was rightfully ejected from the game.

He should be expecting a hefty fine and should be suspended by Commissioner Goodell.

Smith, the victim, suffered a concussion on the play and hopefully he makes a speedy recovery.

I was at this game. It was SUCH a cheap shot! He could have ended Smith’s career with this BS chicken shot. I am all for hard hits, but this was WAY outside the realm of what is acceptable. The league should suspend him, sanction him, and put him on notice that they will be watching his every move when or if he does come back.

unbelievable!! Wesley should be suspended for the rest of the season! Smith was defenseless! I only wish that Talib had gotten his hands on Wesley and cracked open a can of Whoopazz on him!!

Blatant hit??? Did this dude not get paid millions to get hit playing a Physical game? Im pretty sure he did….I personally think Wesley should have received MVP for that perfectly executed tackle. Look basically what we have here is a bunch of pansy Buccaneers fans and players that obviously thought this wasnt a contact sport and that those pads are there to make them look bigger for the girls (or guys if that is their thing)….What we need to do is take a step back and rethink the rules of the game, because the next thing we know the person playing Quarterback will get mad when someone hits them before they can throw the ball…..wait nevermind Joe Montana took care of that one already….
